2025.10.28 Others Action Required: Change Your Password to Comply with the New Policy by March 30, 2026

Thank you very much for using DICE services.
To ensure the safety and security of our services, DICE implemented a new password policy starting August 1, 2024.

New Password Policy:
　- Use lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols
　- At least 10 characters long

To enhance security, passwords that do not meet the new password policy will only be accepted until March 30, 2026 (Monday).
If you are currently using a password based on the old policy, please change it by following the steps below.

■Deadline for Change: March 30, 2026 (Monday)

■How to Change Your Password
(1) Log in to the DICE User Portal
　https://diceidm.nims.go.jp/csp/csp-user-portal/
(2) Click on the [Password] tab
(3) Enter your [Current password]
(4) Enter your [New password] and [Confirm your new password] (Must meet the following requirements)
　- Use lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols
　- At least 10 characters long
(5) Click [Save]
(6) Your login password has been changed

From March 31, 2026 (Tuesday) onward, you will not be able to log in using a password that does not comply with the new policy.
If this happens, please reset your password using the password reset process below.

■How to Reset Your Password
(1) Access the password reset URL
　https://diceidm.nims.go.jp/csp/pwreset/
(2) Enter your email address (used as your user ID)
(3) Check your email inbox
(4) The verification code is valid for 30 minutes
(5) Enter the verification code and your new password
(6) Click [Update]
(7) Your login password has been reset
