2024.07.10 Others [Important] Notice of Password policy change(Changed on August 1, 2024)

Thank you for using DICE service.
We have decided to change our password policy to protect your personal information and enhance security so that you can use our website safely and securely. We will make the following changes to our password policy effective August 1, 2024.

[Currently]　 Lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols must be used, and the password must be at least 8 characters long.
[After the change] 　Lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols must be used, and the password must be at least 10 characters long.

(1) Log in to the DICE User Portal
　　https://diceidm.nims.go.jp/csp/csp-user-portal/
(2) Click [Password] tab.
(3) Enter [Current password].
(4) Enter [New password] and [Confirm your new password].
　　*Please enter a password that complies with the password policy after the above change.
(5) Click [Save].
(6) Change of login password is completed.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

(1) Access the password reset URL
　　https://diceidm.nims.go.jp/csp/pwreset/
(2) Enter the e-mail address you are using as your user ID.
(3) Check your e-mail inbox
(4) The authentication code is valid for 30 minutes
(5) Enter the authentication code and new password.
(6) Click [Update]
(7) Reset of login password is completed.
