登録時の注意 Deposit precautions

こちらでは「セルフ登録サービス」ユーザーによる操作について解説しています。NIMS関係者は MDR登録システム をご利用ください。

This section is for "self-deposit service" users. NIMS personnel should use the MDR Registration System instead.

• 登録するファイル種別は問いませんが、exeなど実行可能形式の登録はアンチウイルスソフトウェアによって遮断される可能性があるため避けてください。

  Any file format can be uploaded, but please refrain from uploading executables such as .exe as they may be blocked by the security software.

• メタデータ入力フォームでは11人以上の Creator 入力には現在対応していません。著者数の多い work の登録の際には 管理者までお問い合わせください。

  The metadata form cannot save a work with 11 or more creators. Contact us if you would like to deposit works with a long list of creators.

• PDF や MS Office のファイルプロパティに、公開を意図していない情報が含まれていないか、ご確認ください。

  Your PDF or MS Office file may contain sensitive information that you do not wish to disclose in the file's properties. Check and remove them before uploading.

• ひとつの work には複数のファイル (Item) を登録することができますが、通常アップロードできるのは 1 ファイルあたり 100 MB まで です。それ以上のサイズのファイルがある場合は、一旦 100 MB 以下のファイルだけをアップロードして Work を作った後、 MDR 担当者にご相談 ください。

  A work can have multiple files (items). The maximum size per file is 100 MB. If you want to upload a larger file, please finish adding your work first by only uploading smaller files, and let the MDR team know after you've created your MDR work entry.

  What if...

  すべてのファイルが 100 MB を超えてしまう場合は、小さなテキストファイルのみを一旦、仮 Item としてアップロードして Work を作ってください。大きいファイルの追加後、仮ファイルは削除します。

  If all of your files are more than 100 MB, create your work using a small placeholder file such as a temporary text file. The team will delete the placeholder file after the large files have been added.

• 登録ボタンを押してから Item ファイルが表示されるようになるまでしばらくかかる場合があります。登録後 Work 画面に Item ファイルが表示されていない場合はページを再読み込みしてください。

  It may take a few minutes for the item files to show up after submitting your work. If the item files are not shown immediately, please wait for a while and reload.
