Managing organization ^required

データを管理している組織。出版社とは別。ほとんどの場合はデータ登録者の所属組織名。略称可。入力必須。

The name or the abbreviation of the organization managing the work. Not to be confused with the publisher. In most cases, this is the organization that the depositor belongs to. Required.

First published url

本データ等について以前発表した論文の DOI (URL形式) もしくは発表された内容を閲覧できる URL。 The DOI of the paper associated with the work or the URL where the work was first published.

Title ^required

タイトル。入力必須。日英でタイトルが付いている場合、英語を推奨。HTMLタグは使えません。 If the work is titled in both English and Japanese, English should be entered here. HTML tags cannot be used.

Alternative title

タイトルの別表記。任意。日英でタイトルが付いている場合、日本語タイトル。HTMLタグは使えません。 Optional. If the work is titled in both English and Japanese, Japanese should be entered here. HTML tags cannot be used.

Resource type ^required: 「論文」「プレゼンテーション」「データセット」など、情報資源の種類。選択必須。複数種類のものが含まれている場合、Controlキー（macOSではCommandキー）を押しながらクリックで複数選択可。 The type of resource, such as "Article", "Presentation", "Dataset" etc. If the work contains multiple types of resources, hold down the control key (command key for macOS users) and click to select multiple choices.

Abstract or Summary ^required

アブストラクト、もしくは短い説明。入力必須。一部のHTMLタグが使えます。 Some HTML tags can be used.

Keyword ^required

内容を表すキーワード。入力必須。複数書く場合はコンマで区切るのではなく、"Add another Keyword" ボタンでフィールドを増やして入力してください。なお、MDRとしてはworkに登録できるキーワードの数に制限を設けていませんが、対応する DataCite のSubjectには7件までの制限があるため、8個以上入力された場合には DOI 登録時には最初の7件までをDataCiteに登録します。

Keywords describing the contents of the work. If you need to add multiple keywords, use "Add another Keyword" button to add more fields. Do not list them in the same field. MDR does not have a limit on the number of keywords, but since DataCite does for its "Subject" field, only the first seven keywords will be registered with DataCite when registering for a DOI.

Material/Specimen

研究対象となった試料名あるいは材料の名前。 The name of the specimen or the subject material.

研究対象となった材料の分類。 Type or category of the subject material.

出版日。入力必須。

Rights statement ^required

著作権ライセンスないし再利用の場合に課す条件の宣言（他の人がどういう条件でデータを利用してよいか）。選択必須。詳しくはライセンスをご覧ください。Controlキー（macOSではCommandキー）を押しながらクリックで複数選択可（論文・データ・コードでライセンスが異なる場合など）。もし出版社などにより既に指定されたライセンスがある場合はそれに準拠してください。一般的なオープンライセンス (Creative Commons license 等) ではなく出版社独自の契約に従う必要がある場合は "In Copyright" を選んでください。

Surname:: 必須。姓を英字で。Required. Surname in latin alphabet.
Given name:: 必須。名を英字で。Required. Given name(s) in latin alphabet.
Full name:: 必須。姓, 名を英字コンマ区切りで。Required. Surname and given name separared by a comma.
Role:: 必須。役割。 Required. → List of roles
Orcid:: 必須。 ORCID (研究者識別子) をURL形式で。 Required. Researcher identifier in URL format.
Organization:: 必須。所属機関の英語名称。略称は避けてください。 Required. English name of the organization. Avoid using abbreviations.
Sub organization:: 所属部署の英語名称。 English name of the division.
Display order:: 表示順序。 Creators will be listed in the order specified.

この論文が掲載された論文誌・本・プロシーディングス・データベース等の名前と書誌情報。このWorkが論文等である場合、入力必須。 Bibliographic information for the journal/book/proceedings/database where this publication was published on. Required if the work is a journal article.

Title:: 論文誌・本・プロシーディングス・データベース等の名前。 The name of the journal/book/proceedings/database.
Issn:: ISSN. 任意入力。Optional.
Altenative title:: 論文誌等の別名 (日本語表題など)。任意入力。 Alternative name of the above (e.g. its title in Japanese). Optional.
Volume:: 巻。
Issue:: 号。
Sequence number:: 論文番号。
Start page:: 開始ページ番号。

Manuscript type

著者版・出版社版などの区別。論文でない場合記入不要。 The version of the manuscript, i.e. the author's version or the version of record.

Conference/Event ^{required for conference presentations}

講演やポスター発表等の場合、当該会議についての情報。このWorkが会議発表である場合入力必須。 Conference/event details for a presentation or a poster. Required if the work is a conference presentation.

Title:: 会議名。 Event name.
Place:: 会議開催場所。 Event location.
Start date, End date:: 開催期間。 Event dates.

Language

本 Work が用いた言語。言語名称は英語で表記。 The language used in the work. Language name should be in English.

Other Date

論文を投稿した日付、受理された日付など、他に特筆すべき日付。任意入力、入力される場合はメニューから日付の種類を選択してください。 The date when the publication was created, accepted, or other dates of interest. Optional; if entering, please select the type of date from the drop-down menu.

Identifier 変更予定:タイプ除去 TYPE TO BE REMOVED

このデータ等について別に付与されている識別子。特に他の識別子がない場合は記入不要。 The identifier for this work from elsewhere. No need to fill in if there are no other identifiers.

Version

Version:: バージョン名。任意入力。 Version number/name. Optional.

Funding reference

研究助成金情報。任意入力。 Research grant information. Optional.

Funding identifier:: 科研費の課題番号など。Identifier related to the research grant, such as Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI) proposal number.
Funder name:: 研究助成機関名。Name of the research funding agency. e.g. JSPS, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science
Award number:: 課題に関する番号。Number of the research grant.
Award url:: 課題に関するURL。URL of the research grant.
Award title:: 課題名など。Title of the research grant proposal.
