I cannot log in to the servise.In DICE, some services log in with a common account, others log in with a service-specific account. Please check if the service you use and the login account match.

Is there a way to check if I have a DICE account?
You can confirm using one of the following methods:
● Try registering a new account. [Account Registration]
If the authentication code for registration is not sent to you, it is possible that your DICE account has already been created.● Try resetting your password. [Password Reset]

I did not received an authentication code for user registration.
The following possibilities are considered.
● It is possible that you have already created a DICE account. Please try resetting your password and see if you receive an authentication code for password reset. [Password Reset]
● Your Internet provider or email service may be blocking your email. Please check your email settings or change your e-mail address for user registering. Please also check the folder where spam is sorted. -
I forgot my password.
An authentication code for password reset will be sent to your registered email address. Please follow the instructions below.

I did not receive an authentication code for password reset.
The following possibilities are considered.
● There is a possibility that you did not receive the e-mail message because it is not the e-mail address you registered with DICE account. Please check your registered e-mail address and reset your password again.
● It is possible that your DICE account has not yet been created.Please try registering a new account. If you receive an authentication code for registration, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account registration. [Account Registration]
● Your Internet provider or email service may be blocking your email. Please contact us using [Contact Form]. Please also check the folder where spam is sorted.

I cannot reset my password.
● If you make a mistake with your password several times in a row, your account will be locked. You cannot reset your password while your account is locked (30 minutes). Please wait for 30 minutes before trying to reset your password.

I cannot log in.
● Your password may be incorrect. Please try resetting your password. [Password Reset]
● If you see "Login failed" even after entering the correct password, the following possibilities may apply.
- Your account may have been disabled because the account confirmation for your DICE account was not completed (Reference: DICE Account Terms of Use, Article 14 - Account Confirmation). Please proceed with your account activation request. [Request DICE Account Activation]
- For some reason, your account may have been suspended. If you try to request account activation and do not receive the authentication code for account activation, please contact us through the "Contact Form."● If you make a mistake with your password several times in a row, your account will be locked. Once your account is locked, you will not be able to log in for 30 minutes. Please try to log in again after the lock is removed.

Can I confirm or change my registration?
You can confirm your registration on the link below. Please update your information if there are any changes to your registration.

If you cannot open "Profile", please access the "DICE User Portal" first and select "Profile" from the screen tabs. -
How can I modify my E-mail address?It can't update your E-mail address.
・If the service you are using is MatNavi only, please register with a new address after closing your old account. [DICE User Portal: Withdraw]
・If you are using a service other than MatNavi, please contact the "DICE Service Desk." (Do not close your account or change the name of your organization.)

When I log in a service, the message "Not authorized" or "XXX (service name) is not available" is displayed.You need to apply for the relevant service. Please select the service from the Data Services tab and confirm the application procedure.

I cannot apply to use the DICE application.
The following possibilities are considered.
・If you are using a smartphone (iOS Android, etc.), please try using a computer browser.
・If you are using the automatic translation function enabled, please disable it.
・There is a possibility that an operation error has occurred in your browser. Please try logging in again using the incognito window of your browser.

MDR may show a blank page when viewing many pages repeatedly. If that happens, please wait for a few seconds and reload the page to resume browsing.
